Sherwin-Williams released Colormix® Forecast 2026: Anthology Volume Two, the second installment in its biennial color trend report curated by the company’s Trendsight Team. Building on the foundation of Anthology Volume One, this latest volume delves deeper into evolving color families set to shape residential and commercial design in 2026 and beyond.

“With Sherwin-Williams Anthology Volume Two, we illuminate the evolving narrative of color—tracing its past, capturing its present, and envisioning its transformative path into 2026 and beyond,” said Sue Wadden, director of color marketing.
Volume Two presents four curated palettes:
Frosted Tints: Cool, icy pastels in blue, green, and purple hues
Sunbaked Hues: Earthy reds, golds, and warm clay tones
Restorative Darks: Sophisticated deep colors for quiet impact
Foundational Neutrals: Saturated near-blacks, taupes, and modern whites
Each palette reflects insights gathered from Sherwin-Williams’ global network of designers, marketers, and color strategists. The report is supported by a lookbook, peel-and-stick samples and a new podcast episode of Colormixology™ featuring guest designer TK Wismer.
